Andrei Gosu is consultant for Ascendis since 2005. In 2008, Andrei became a partner in Ascendis, taking on the position of General Manager.

He started his career in one of the most dynamic branches of the Romanian economy - IT&C. he worked for local and multinational companies, having been and still being an entrepreneur. He understood that successful organizations do not depend on their legal status, but rather on the training of people, the organizational climate and the business processes that managers integrate.

Throughout 16 years of consultancy in the field of human resources, Andrei was involved in projects of diagnosis and changing the organizational culture, of defining and modeling systems of performance management, improving sales capacity and executive coaching. He has worked with companies in the financial field or in fields such as energy, IT&C, industrial production, retail and pharmaceutical industry.

Andrei is passionate about what he is doing and believes that unfortunately, the Romanian educational system – concentrating too much on the academic dimension, naturally supports the leadership gaps in our country.

Andrei Gosu is an engineer and graduated in 1995 the Poli-technical Institute from Bucharest.
