Theodor Porojan Advisory Board Member

Theodor is a successful social entrepreneur strongly engaged in promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and empowered communities, catalyzing social startups and partnering with social capital networks providing connections, training and mentorships for vulnerable groups in starting up businesses or reintegrating into the workplaces. He has a highly successful track-record in sourcing and managing non reimbursable grants programs, coordinating multiple national and international consortiums, aiming to promote innovation and sustainability linked programs, build on strong social and governance principles.

 Founder of several non-governmental organisations implementing high impact national programs aimed at socio-professional inclusion of vulnerable groups such as women, NEETs, long term employed, 54+, disabled, Roma, etc.), Theodor is presently Chairman of CREFOP (Resource Center for Education and Vocational Training) and CERID (Center for Equal Rights, Inclusion and Development). He is also part of the executive board of other commercial enterprises and acts as Non-Executive Director and Advisor for several startups and social enterprises.

With more than 22 years in developing training and vocational education programs, Theodor is a highly experienced professional trainer and human resources consultant, with a strong economic background enhanced by an Executive MBA postgraduate study with the University of Sheffield complementing the technical studies licensed at the Politehnica Institute of Bucharest.
