Sergiu Sebesi has 25 years of experience in the field of civil society, during which he held various executive positions in non-governmental organizations in Romania and in Western Europe. In the last 15 years, he has focused on promoting the concept of sustainability among companies present in Romania (local and multinational).

In 2010, he founded the Nest CSR Association, which has implemented since then sustainability programs for over 30 companies in Romania, covering a variety of topics: environment and education for the environment, health and education for health, and relationship with stakeholders from local communities, energy efficiency and circular economy.
