With over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience, Răzvan has developed a business selling agricultural machinery, which today has a turnover of approx. EUR 30 million and more than 200 employees.

In 2011, at the age of 24, he founded Dicor Land and together with a handful of dedicated people, managed to grow the company steadily. People were the most important resource, and its employees became a second family. He understood that a well-welded and efficient team could successfully overcome all obstacles and knew how to capitalize on his employees and identify talents in the company.

After 10 years of activity, Dicor Land has come to distribute machinery nationwide and serve its customers from 6 working points. Having clear business principles, he always sought to offer them a complete package of services: he grew the division of spare parts - Dicor Parts and Service to support all the necessary interventions both in the field and on the customer's farm, developed financing facilities through partnerships with BNP Paribas, Unicredit Leasing, Trust Leasing. It has constantly looked for solutions to all the challenges faced by its customers and has answered the needs of more than 7000 farmers since the establishment of the company.

Răzvan is appreciated for his leadership style and for the fact that he has built sustainable partnerships, both with clients and partners, managing to have in the company's portfolio famous brands in the field in which he operates.
