Raluca Ștefania Andreica has gained expertise starting the field of micro-finance in Romania 23 years ago and working in it ever since. By doing so, she has learned to actually talk less and do more – her motto is “Less talk and more action”.

Over time Raluca Andreica has formed a strategic vision on the role of micro-finance in small entrepreneurs’ development, innovation, digitalization, poverty alleviation and social business in Romania and the Balkans.

She strongly believes she contribute to making current Romanian micro-finance and social-finance markets more entrepreneurial and more supportive through: 1. Innovation 2. Recovery after COVID 3. Strategic collaboration with governmental factors, local actors 4. A better visibility and a more pragmatic approach 5. Promoting sustainability of each market participant
