Doru Dima is a successful entrepreneur and manager, with over 20 years of experience in the field of HR and a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology. As a founder and CEO of Dima Consulting Group, he brought Profiles International assessments for the first time on the Romanian market. In a very short space of time, he managed to bring the company among the biggest players of human resources and management consulting services in Romania.

Starting with May 2015, he became Co-founder of Great People Inside, an international company that develops fully customizable human resource assessments, adapted to the specifics of every company, being a unique concept in the HR industry. The GR8PI assessments are provided through a cloud-based talent management platform, which is 100% configurable and customizable. 

Great People Inside Platform – GR8PI has won the Eurocloud Romania 2016 award for ”Best Cloud Startup”. 

In 2019, Great People Inside, has been selected by Top Sales Awards out of thousands of human resource assessment systems in the world, among the best 10, globally and has ranked amongst the best 15 sales enablement technologies in the world.

In the last 6 years, Great People Inside has evolved from a local cloud-based startup, to an international company headquartered in Singapore with offices in 28 countries on 6 continents.

Doru Dima is the author of several books considered reference works in the business field, including: “40 strategies for achieving business success”, CODECS Publishing House, 2008, “General Business Dictionary” Ecran Magazin Publishing House, “Human Resource Management” Psihomedia Sibiu Publishing House; he also collaborated in the writing of many books, science and business papers.

He has also taught at university level at “Transilvania Brasov” University, the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration and The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences where he was involved in various courses regarding subjects such as Performance Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Diagnostics and Intervention. He is the President of the Romanian Association of Psychologists of Brasov and a member of ATP (Association of Test Publishers), the leading global trade organization for publishers, developers, and users of assessment programs for the purpose of education, certification or licensing.
