Damien Thiery is the General Manager of the „Ateliere fără frontiere” Association, an NGO focusing on the integration on the labor market of people at risk. AFF has created three work integration social enterprise –educlick, remesh and a bio&co farm, within which are being offered personalized services of social accompaniment, counseling in view of integration, psychotherapy and professional capacity building for the people encountering multiple difficulties in becoming employed (long-term unemployed people, with different addictions, disabilities, having abandoned school, victims of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, on probation, former convicts, homeless, etc. ).

The three workshops established in order to offer a work context for people at risk are:

• educlick is a platform through which the association gathers electrical and electronical waste, repairs used computers and donates them to schools and children from marginalized communities from under-developed areas.
• remesh a workshop employing people from vulnerable groups, benefiting of social and professional integration and learning tailoring skills. The workshop processes used advertising materials – banners and meshes, turning them into manifest fashion and home&deco objects
• bio&co bio farm, established in Ciocănari, the Dâmbovița county, with four hectares of land, bio certified, on which crops are cultivated both in fields and in the 8 greenhouses, by employees from the local vulnerable community, to which we want to offer green workplaces.
