Alexandru Ghiță is the founder of EDUCATIVA – a group of social enterprises in the field of education, dedicated to personal and professional growth of Romanian youths. 

Using the educational experience gathered within the INSEAD MBA programme, Alexandru got involved in founding and launching EA – The Entrepreneurship Academy – the first entrepreneurship university from Romania. Additionally, Alexandru is a Board member of the Coalition for Education and a Board Member of the Association for Values in Education.
