Working capital loan

Aimed at covering the expenses related to the day-to-day activity of the social enterprises. Examples of eligible expenditure (the list is only illustrative, not limiting) 

• supplies/production/sales expenses
• maintenance of workspaces / offices 
• rents/ utilities
• personnel expenditure — salaries and/or training costs
• marketing and advertising 
• state budget taxes

Currency: RON

Term: max. 36 months

Loan repayment: monthly installments or customized schedule depending on the client's activity

Dobânda: variabilă – ROBOR 6M + o marjă care poate varia în funcție de suma creditului, perioada de creditare, garanții

AFIN INVEST

Investment loan

Aimed at financing the acquisition of tangible and intangible goods used in the current activity of the social enterprises. Examples of eligible expenditure (the list is only illustrative, not limiting) 

• purchase of production equipment/machinery/vehicles/furniture;
• purchase of IT equipment;
• acquisition of intangible assets related to a previous investment -software/patents/ licenses;
• purchase of specific equipment for energy savings, systems that use renewable / alternative energy sources for increased efficiency.

Term: max. 60 months

Loan repayment: monthly installments or customized schedule depending on the client's activity

AFIN PUNTE

Bridge loan

Aimed at covering the financing needs generated by the gap between the payments made within the execution stages of a project financed from European funds or other private sources and the collection of non-reimbursable installments from the financing contract. 

Currency: RON

Term: max. 12 months

Loan repayment: correlated with the collection dates of the non-reimbursable aid from the authorities/private sources
