The shareholders of AFIN IFN S.A. they chose by vote the composition of the Ethical and Social Committee of the organization. The three members of the committee will be: Claudia Petrescu, Roxana Damaschin-Țecu and Bogdan Dimciu.
The purpose of this committee is to ensure compliance with ethical and social principles in the activities carried out by AFIN IFN SA, thus promoting a sustainable and responsible business environment.
The selection procedure was transparent and well structured, focusing on the expertise and experience of the candidates in the fields of social economy and community development. After a careful evaluation, three experts were chosen, each bringing a significant contribution to this field: Claudia Petrescu, Roxana Damaschin-Țecu and Bogdan Dimciu.
